Love these boots!
I ordered these shoes about a month ago! These boots go great with everything especially dresses. There are hidden heels so you get a little lift. There's no arch so I put insoles w/ arches and the leather around the foot forms to your feet. I love them! Thank you Zappos.com!

I LOVE this dress. Unfortunately, even the large is too small to fit around my boobs so I'll be returning it, but I still recommend it. To me, it's perfect--dress it up with the right heels/boots and jewelry or dress down with leggings and flats. It even has pockets! Too bad there's no XL.

These are not only the highest heeled shoes I've ever owned, but the sexiest and most comfortable shoes. They can go with EVERYTHING. I got the purple multi and they are incredibly fun - wear them to work, to dinner, to a party. Just buy them and WEAR THEM.

I absolutely love this boot. I bought it in the lighter tan color and it goes with everything! It's a little snug around the upper calf area but not to where I had to return them. It runs true to size. They are very comfortable feeling all around, and I'm soooooo glad I bought them.

My daughter ADORES these boots!
I purchased these for my 13 year old daughter. Before spending this amount of money, I searched high and low for something just as nice, but more affordable. I couldn't find anything and so made the investment. With no regrets. These boots are stylish, very high quality, and very comfortable. She adores them!

This boot is warm, light-weight, super comfortable. I have worn it in the Minnesota snow and my feet are dry and warm and happy. These are pricey, but worth it. They are constructed and designed well. I plan to have them for more winters to come.

Very very comfortable, chic, and classy, can dress this up or down. And the white goes with tons of outfits. I would also recommend purchasing the white or black undershirt as well, to keep it well matched with any outfit. Not to mention, great price for a great piece.

Just got these today... The boots are beautiful. Leather is nice quality. The straps across the front and top are functional so you can tighten or loosen them around the ankle a bit. The toe box is pretty narrow, however. I am going to exchange them for a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear in a Jessica Bennett boot. (If you are between sizes, I recommend ordering the larger size.)

I bought these in the brown multi and was thrilled when they came - I find them to be of nicer quality than I expected. Rocha Studio Fedora Dress a tad skimpy for this big girl -
I typically wear a size 12 at the largest. I am tall at 5'11" and weigh less than 155 lbs. So imagine my surprise when I purchased what I thought was a misses size "large" in this item.
It just about fit without being skin-tight (over my small bosom) and was not long enough to even call it a "dress!" Did I buy a child's size in error?
I tried this on alone, then put leggings underneath, since it REQUIRED coverage to be decent! But I had wanted to buy a DRESS, so I'm returning it for a refund.
Quality and "cuteness" factor are fine, if you're TINY.

Shoe is absolutely adorable. The detailing is phenomenal. They are a bit tight once you put them on but they stretch out after you walk in them for a bit. I wouldn't say the color is a true blue. More of a bluish purple, especially in fluorescent light.

 |  | I just wanted to say that I saw your CEO, Tony, on the Oprah show the other day and I knew from my first purchase with Zappos (I think it has been at least 2 years now) that it was very clear that customer service was the most important ingredient in your product - not the shoes, not the clothes - the service. I have always been the same kind of person trying to impress upon others the importance and pleasure that comes with incredible customer service that I wasn't surprised to see that the CEO of this wonderful company sits where he sits and acts the way he acts. I have been the “boss” of many different customer service businesses and I always made sure that everyone I worked with knew that even though I may have to make some important decisions I am on the same level as them. I am now a Realtor in San Diego and clearly it has been a tough year. I really wish you had an office here in San Diego because I would quit real estate in a second to do whatever it took to be a part o f your “family”. If you ever want to open an office here I hope that I am the first person that finds out about it so I can get a cubicle in one your offices. How lucky all the people who get to work for Zappos are... a philosophy driven company that I have been looking for the past 20 years that I have been working in customer service!!!
