Great Travel Shoe!
I've been looking for a comfortable/versatile travel shoe that can handle some hiking and also Urban walking. This shoe fits the bill perfectly. Recently wore them on a trip involving a 5 mile hike and then wiped them clean with a cloth and felt perfectly respectable to go out to a nice dinner. Wide toe box but laces can synch up at ankle to accommodate a narrow heel. I have 3 pair now. I also wear them on my daily walk and they will accommodate an orthotic and both thin and thick socks Great shoes!

Love these shoes!
I had a pair that I wore out and had tried substituting other waterproof shoes but had to come back and get these. Also, Zappos upgrading my shipping to express for free. I love this site as much as these shoes.

Fantastic boots -
These boots are comfortable and great looking. They fit me perfectly, although I was a little concerned about ordering the right size after reading the other reviews. I ordered 2 sizes and ended up keeping the pair that are my normal size as they did fit the best in the end. I really like the side zipper for ease of getting them on and off and the ties up the front help to adjust the fit. The only problem so far is that they do eat my socks... I have started to wear them without socks and that proves to be very comfortable and still warm enough. Keen continues to prove their products. Love these boots.

Keen Runs Small... Again -
Okay, Keen definitely has sizing issues. I took a leap of faith when I ordered these... I mean, 70% said they felt true to size! Maybe it was just this pair, I thought about ordering another pair just to see, but I didn't, I went with the Napa boot instead. These have much better arch support than the Napa's, though. I wear an 11 so I don't have the "order a half size up" option. I love Keen's, but I hate that they are so unpredictable.

This was not my first choice of Keens, but the other pair was too small, which, sadly, seems typical of Keen. But this one fit. There is no arch support though, and after wearing all day, I find my feet hurting a bit. Will try some insoles and see if that helps. It's not too bad... I still wear them all the time.

Great without the closed toe -
I own the version of this shoe that has an open toe. I wish Keen made more of their shoes with an open toe option - I own a vacation home on the beach and spend hours and hours in the sand and water in these shoes. Without the closed toe, they are the best pair of beach and water shoes I've ever owned. As someone who spends so much time in the sand and water, I prefer to have the open toe so wet sand, small rocks, etc. can flow out of the shoe rather than being trapped behind the closed toe. When I first bought them, they had a strange smell after they got wet. It went away after a while because I wore them so much, but it had a sort of "wet shoe glue" smell. Otherwise, these shoes look fantastic and fit great, but more arch support would be nice.

This is my second set of Boston. the first pair was not true to size but these are great. they were true to width and size. I wear them in winter and the waterproof is great in NE Pennsylvania. This is my 12th keen purchase.

When all of my medical colleagues are wearing Danskos, etc - I went with the Keens - multiple 30 hour days over 1.5 years now, and I'm wearing the same pair and urging all hospital employees to get a pair. My feet have never been happier, and have not bothered me one whit - nor my back when I'm wearing them. Not only a standard arch, but a comfortable transverse arch as well.

shoes are fabulous. just make sure u order 1/2 a size up. i usually wear an 8.5, but with all my steve madden boots, i get a 9 cause they run smaller. oh, and they're kinda hard on the bottom, so u might wanna wear soft cushions if your feet are sensitive.

the best boot i have ever owned. comfy & cushy - it is the perfect shoe for city trekking. i have foot issues and live practically live in my Birkenstocks. the Keen Napa boot is a great alternative.

Great for sore feet!
I have Plantar Fasciitis. This shoe was recommended by a specialty shoe store in my area. I found it on Zappos for less and had it on my doorstep in under two days. Awesome!! I wear orthotic inserts with this shoe (really soft ones that are for diabetics, because my heels are so injured). What's so great about this shoe is the wide toe box, so your toes aren't cramped. The stability and comfort of this shoe allows me to wear it without aggravating my condition further. First shoe I have been able to wear comfortably in months!

These are my fourth pair of Keen footwear and my second pair of Briggs (first in driftwood and now in black). The Briggs are so comfortable, I would sleep in them if I could. They are light enough to sprint in and sturdy enough for hiking through parks; as comfortable as my Saucony sneakers, but attractive enough to wear to work. Arch support is excellent. I usually wear a 5.5 sandal and a 6 shoe. Tried both and 6 was the right size, roomy enough for an athletic sock.

The boots look nice but they ran way too small for me. They were extremely hard to get on and then there was little room for anything but the thinnest socks. If I were to order these again I would get a full size bigger.

Just one guys opinion -
I have had these boots for a month now and the reason I bought them was for the rubber toe and being waterproof which is important to me because I am a plumber. What I like: the looks, being waterproof, the sole pattern and covered rubber toe. Oh and they are comfortable. What I don't like: They don't ventilate well as they make my feet sweat. Could be built better and more heavy duty. Bottom line is I feel like they boots would be great for an occasional walk down a dirt path but they really don't belong on a job site.

There shoes look as good on as they do in the picture. I wear them all the time. They are not the most comfortable shoes I have, however, so I gave them a 4 for comfort. The sole is thinner than most and I notice it at the end of a long day, but not enough to stop me from wearing them.

Love This Boot!
This boot is great. Arch support, traction, comfort, warmth, water proof -- superior in all areas! I'm in Chicago, and lately these boots have really been put to the test. The height is enough to protect from high snow levels. The only drawback, which is avoidable by wearing snug-fitting knee-hi socks, is that the boots eat some socks (only if you wear ankle socks, though, and it doesn't eat all, just some. Probably more the sock problem than the boot's fault). Anyway, you can't go wrong with Keen. Ever.

Good pair of shoes -
Was skeptical at first as they didn't fit well. But after just wearing them for a few hours the elastic settled in and have been very comfortable ever since. They also work great in the snow as long as it isn't too deep.

These shoes are well made. I usually purchase wide shoes but took a chance on these. Because of the bigger toe box they fit well. There is a little pressure at a point where the shoe opening meets the foot (behind the big toe) but after a couple of wearings I am certain they will be perfect. Or I could use a shoe stretcher to ease the point. They are cute and look great with pants or skirts. I will definitely purchase more Keen brand shoes.
