'40s glam but not as comfortable as I expected -
This shoe looks nice but it isn't as comfortable as I would have expected from a comfort brand like Sofft. The interior sole is fine but the upper material of the shoe is fairly hard leather so it digs into the side and top of my foot. Overall it's more comfortable than most medium heels but I don't think I could wear these all day and still feel great at the end of the day.

Comfortable & cute!
These shoes are adorable! The look of these shoes - either with skirts or pants - is terrific! Very cute, slightly retro, but all-around great. The fit is great also. My foot is a little wider than a medium, but narrower than a wide, so having some sort of strap to hold the shoe on my foot makes me more comfortable. The strap is attached to the shoe with an elasticized band at the button, and this makes the shoe width perfect...pulls it right to your foot.

This is my first purchase of Sofft Brand Shoes. I'm very pleased. I chose to purchase this style in the black and the brown. The shoe is very comfortable, leather is soft, (I love the tucking of the leather on this shoe), and very smart looking. Will purchase the Sofft brand again.

I typically love Sofft shoes. But these caused a blister with just a little walking and broke on the second day. (The strap came loose). Not recommended.

Sofft's T-Strap Venessa -
I love T-strap shoes, yet I couldn't find one in my favorite brands (Born, Clark's, Merrill). I've been wanting to try Sofft because it comes in D width. Venessa is cute and a very comfortable 3 inch height--it doesn't feel this high at all, and I stand all day at work. What I am disappointed in, though, is that Venessa's insides rubs against where my first toes' big joints are. I put adhesive gel inserts there and that solved the problem. I also don't like the plastic-looking leather (I bought it in black, my only black pair of shoes), and its funny smell. The thought that these are not leather but pleather crossed my mind. Because of the downsides, I am reluctant to buy another pair of Sofft. That's too bad, because the D width, and the comfortable 3 inch height are real pluses.

Very attractive and equally comfortable shoes! Everyone at my school commented how nice they complemented my new brown suit. The heel is perfect height for any length skirt and looked fab with pants.

I am not one to wear heels. I can probably count the number of days that I wear heels in a year on one hand, but these are so comfortable that I find myself wanting to wear them instead of my regular flats. The only thing I would change about the shoe is the bronze outline. I would prefer it to be just plain black, but it still works. I noticed that there is a similar style (Selena) available now that doesn't have the outline, might have to give those a try. Zappos was also fantastic as usual with the shipping!

Beautiful boot but too wide in the heel -
This is a gorgeous boot if you're looking for something chic, low-profile, and casual. However, the heel of this boot is kind of wide. I tried it in both my normal size 9 and in 8 1/2 and still couldn't get comfortable with the sloppy heel. I even tried heel inserts to take up the extra room to no avail. I was disappointed to have to return these. I LOVE the Sofft brand and have several styles. If not for the heel issue, this would have been another keeper.

I died and went to shoe heaven!!!
I have oddly shaped feet and have been wearing size 9s all this time, but was always in horrible pain because even the 9s were too narrow. No matter where I went shoe shopping, I could never find the right size, then I bought a pair of 8 wide Sofft Cordelia shoes and, let me tell you, they are AMAZING! OMG who would have known I wear size 8 after all this time?
I no longer have to worry about my feet flopping in and out of my shoes every step I take and, for the first time in my life, my feet do not feel crammed in the shoe. I would always try to go shoe shopping at the mall, but it always turned out to be one huge, painful disappointment. Until now.
These are amazing. Because most retailers are extremely shoe prejudice and never sell wide shoes, I highly recommend Zappos if you have wide feet like me. Plus, they are one of the few wide shoe retailers that don't expect people with wide feet to be grandmas.
Sooooo comfortable!!! I will never buy shoes from anyone else again!
Thank you, Sofft shoes, for making shoes for the rest of us who have wide feet. When millions of other women find out about you, I'm sure they will be happy that they will no longer be forced to cram their feet in super small, so-called "medium" shoes, because no one sells cute wide shoes, let alone wide shoes at all.

Very comfortable. My toes slid forward a little at first (I ordered a double A but I have extremely narrow feet) but I just bought some sticky toe inserts at the drug store and now they are awesome. I wouldn't wear them for a full day of shopping but I'm good for a long evening out. Lots of compliments. Super comfy.

This is a great shoe. Didn't give it a full 5 stars for comfort, only because like another reviewer, I found the strap across the front hits "that" bone in just the wrong place, but not everyone will have that issue. Like any heel, would not want to stand on these all day-but comfortable, cushy and heel height is just right for a rare wearer of heels. Great with dresses to jeans, and as always, Zappos service is the best-so far every order has arrived within 24 hours.

I really recommend everyone to order a wide width because, after wearing these for a month now (6.5 M - I'm normally standard width), I noticed that my toes would hurt after a half-an-hour. The soles have great cushioning, but the toe area is too tight. I was hoping for it to stretch out in time, but I don't see that happening. Please get a wide width for maximum comfort. I downgraded the look because the red patent looks a bit cheap.

These shoes look even better in person than online. They are really cute and stylish, but they were not as comfortable as I had hoped. They are not a shoe I would want to walk very far in or stand all day in. They are also a little narrow, so if you have wide feet you may want to skip these. Over all, though, a great looking shoe, and easy to slip on and off, and goes well with many outfits.

Love This Shoe!
First off, let me say, I hate wearing heels. I have never been able to walk in them, and my feet always seem to hurt within minutes of putting them on. These shoes may actually make me change my mind. They are well balanced, not too high as to be wobbly, and well padded under the ball of the foot. I absolutely love them, and have worn them more than I intended. I'm a believer in Sofft shoes now!

Comfortable and Cute -
These shoes have been amazing. I spend a ton of time on my feet... sometimes up to 15 hours plus per day. These have become my favorite shoes. They are totally comfortable. (In fact I never even had to break them in!) I am tired of sacrificing comfort for looks, or looks for comfort... with these shoes I get both comfort and looks. I bought the wide size. When my feet swell slightly from the travel or long hours, they are still comfortable. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

I was really afraid to get 'big girl' shoes. I wear mostly tennis/hiking shoes but needed something for a holiday party. These were great. The little bit of contrasting color made them PERFECT.
