While visiting my grandson, I ordered for him a pair of shoes. He was so excited when overnight the shoes came. We found that I had ordered the wrong size. My daughter called customer service and explained to the wonderful CSR about ordering the wrong size. She said, just use the return merchandise sticker and send them back and low and behold the next day, my grandson received the right size. Usually, we would have to wait until the store received the wrong size shoes and then wait at least 3 days to receive the right size. This company trusted us to return the wrong size shoes and sent the right size before going through all that. I would say that we received 5 star service and my grandson is wearing and enjoying his shoes to the max.
