Hello Zappos! I just want to let management know what a pleasant experience I have each time I call in to order shoes. Your customer service reps are THE BEST. I worked in a small call center for 3 years and thought the company I worked for was awesome in all ways, but your reps are always HAPPY and SWEET. This is why I am a devoted Zappos customer and why I tell my friends and family to buy from Zappos as well. PLEASE keep up the good work because it is very difficult to find a company that stays young and fresh-faced for very long, however, I think Zappos is on the right track.
