Good! Great! Most great of greats! Much more than I expected. This is why I refer everyone that wears shoes I know (most of them) to buy Zappos. One thing that I have encountered, however, that most of the people I talk to, even though many are professional people and more than computer literate, have not heard of Zappos. After I get them onto your Web Site they are so completely overwhelmed by the monstrous huge selection and the prices and shipping, they walk around in a stupor. Funny how a company puts so much into magazine ads etc. And people are off the center line to your great company? We need a plan to conquer the USA, then Canada, then the rest of the free world methinks. Ted L.
