Love this Boot!!
This is a great looking boot!!! Everyone wants to know "is that an UGG?" It sure is! They have a great look to any winter warm wardrobe, great with skirts, dresses, leggings and jeans! At first they are a little stiff to slip into but that has eased up with time as they conform to my feet! Thanks Zappos... for your great service and fabulous selections!

Hard to get into -
I absolutely love these boots but they are hard to get into. I have to tug on them then stand and pull. I have to re-lace them each time too. However, still worth it. Nothing like the fur against a bar leg. Sooooo soft and yummy. And warm! These are super cute and I’m a plus size gal and they fit my calves’ great.

Disappointed -
I was so excited to get these boots but when they arrived I couldn't even get my foot inside. :-( My foot is typically a size 6.5 and I have a 5 in my original tall Uggs. I ordered a 6 in these. There is something about the narrowness of the ankle (even when undoing the ties) that makes it very hard to get your foot inside. I was FINALLY able to yank my foot in after about 5 minutes of pulling... when I did get them on; they fit perfectly and were very cute/comfy. The next size up was WAY too big and clunky, so I decided to go with a different style. Basically, if you have a wide foot at all, be careful when ordering these shoes... but all-in-all I love Uggs and I love Zappos!

The shoes came overnight! I was very satisfied with the delivery time. They looked great and the texture was very nice, but I could not get my foot into them. They were way too skinny on the curve.

Better than going to the mall -
Buying shoes without the headache of waiting for a salesperson to get your size. Then waiting again on those long lines. Saving gas money and parking fees too! Why go anywhere else?

Love the bag, very comfortable. Beautiful construction and quality. I have received many compliments. The bag actually has two leather strings that you can tie. Still love it!

Unlike most Uggs, I found the fit on these to be pretty tight. I wear a 7-7.5, and the 7 is really snug. I have a high instep, and this is the part that I find tight. I am hoping they will stretch out!

Zappos Rocks -
The boots are beautiful and came in two days. They run wide I took an 8 and I find them to be a little loose but are very comfy, can’t wait for the weather to get colder so I can wear them.

Cute, comfortable, but not necessarily flattering -
Cons:
1. The description says 17" circumference, but I'd beg to differ. My calves are larger, but they are still 2" less than that circumference and I find them very tight at the top.
2. They aren't very flattering on your legs. They sort of make you look like you have huge brown sheep shirred blocks for feet. I feel like is a problem with Uggs in general, not just these boots.
3. Some of the wool is already shedding, and I've only tried them on and walked around my apartment.
Pros:
1. They are VERY comfortable and VERY warm. Although the wool is warm, it doesn't make you hot, just keeps your feet comfortable.
2. I feel like they will be perfect for wearing in the winter, when honestly I'd rather be warm than super stylish.
3. The brown suede is really beautiful, and a good winter fabric (when scotch guarded).
Overall, I was a little disappointed, but they are still better than anything else I've tried and suitable for what I need them for. I'm keeping them, but I probably won't be buying a pair in every color.

They sent me an email the next day saying they were upgrading my shipping to overnight, at no request of mine and at no extra cost.
