A bit big everywhere, even for the wide width I ordered. Not as comfortable as expected. A decent shoe for a decent price.

 |  | I ordered some shoes for my daughter and they were actually too small. She really wanted them for the first day of school and so when I called and spoke to one of Zappos customer service reps, they immediately sent out another pair (the next size up) and we received them 2 days later. My daughter was so excited! I have had nothing but wonderful service from Zappos and will continue to do my online shopping with them because of this! Thanks again Zappos! |  | ~ , September 04 2008
